Starting the MonitoringDataProcessingService or MonitoringDataProvisionService throws an i5.las2peer.p2p.AgentAlreadyRegisteredException.
exception in executed line: startService('i5.las2peer.services.monitoring.provision.MonitoringDataProvisionService')
i5.las2peer.execution.L2pServiceException: Error registering the service at the node!

Hm..could it be that you try to start a monitoring node into a network that had a monitoring node / service already started? The monitoring, or in particular the frontend of the provision service uses an own agent that might already have been registered to the network before. Sorry for this, one could just catch the exeception service side, but I think the monitoring node should always be the first in a network (arguable..).
